Today, when in the current environment many financial organizations find it hard to compete without a well implemented CRM solution, it’s vital for each company to reach operational excellence by means of applying such a technology. This project was a response to a customer’s requirement specifications aimed at using it afterwards at large financial institutes.

Initially the project was based on the SugarCRM, but later it was transferred to VtigerCRM plus we added more functionality to it. By combining the best performances we’ve extracted quite a powerful system. Business-ready open source Vtiger CRM ensured its usual rich user interface, multiple database, and sales-management. Our team was challenged with designing the add-on sections to the basic system. Particularly they are the circulation of documents system; the system of accounting and managing employees; risk-management section; and information export and import section.

The risk-management section allows any company by means of inputting certain load of info to get in several stages the outcome with the detailed analysis of the risks. The system for managing employees gives a possibility to author extended employee profiles. The documents section enables creating templates with the help of which making docs becomes a matter of minutes.

The system that was implemented and turned in on time provided the customer’s business with the operational backbone and integrated all its departments and functions. All data interactions were centralized and costs reduced thanks to the integrated solution.

The system was designed in the product way and is currently used by more than 50 SEM organizations.
