The SharePoint-based solution we offered solved these tasks. It became possible to automate the company processes and as a result the effectiveness of the whole company along with each employee had increased. 

The project allowed automating the key business processes of the company like:

  • Organization of the centralized information storage;
  • Automation of the document circulation;
  • Control and monitoring of execution of assignments and documents;
  • Document preparing, including the process of the coordination, vising and the statement of documents;
  • Adjusted processes of processing of documents and forms;
  • Involving of all employees in business processes and maintenance of the uniform operating procedure with documents;
  • Creation of uniform information space;
  • Remote access to the data;
  • Organization online of interaction with employees and clients;
  • New level of corporate culture of the personnel;
  • Possibilities of construction of system « management of knowledge »;
  • Access of employees to the general updated reports;
  • Uniform point of search in all information resources;
  • Versatility and multifunctionality of the decision (replacement of some the appendices separated business);
  • Integration the data, processable in various systems;
  • Construction uniform IT – infrastructures of the company on the basis of technology Microsoft (integration with MS Office System, MS Outlook, MS UCS, etc.);
  • Protection of corporate data against not authorized access.
