Learning Management System \ Moodle LMS

The project was developed on the basis of Moodle LMS- forceful free software e-learning platform also known as Moodle Course Management System whose flexibility and measureless ability to extend are the main advantages and the developers’ team aim is to implement them into this project.

Moodle LMS is one of the most popular e-Learning systems whose the most advantageous features are flexibility and measureless ability to extend. The customer requested to widen a standard Moodle LMS resource and adopt a new original project to this system’s characteristics. So the development of a Moodle LMS-based task evoked further development of Moodle LMS itself.

During this project implementation the developers’ team created a great deal of new modules and extensions tens of which were realized in this project, for example:

Several already existing components of Moodle LMS were designed in order to meet the project’s conditions.

Since the project execution was divided into stages some components were developed with the help of two servers – developers’ team and customer’s servers – contemporaneously. This allowed fast implementation of all the customer’s demands and besides this entailed deep improvement of Moodle LMS administrating and tuning.
