The customer of the project is a license real estate broker whose idea was to share information freely with the public that previously realtors kept for themselves. The idea was realized by means of the carrying out a Joomla!®-powered site that introduces a rating system for desirability of various locations within the USA.
The highest and most rated locations are displayed on the home page. In addition, each location has a room to leave comments for others to discuss. The details page for each city contains a load of information.
The development of this web resource resulted in the following potentialities:

- links to Wikipedia.com entries for each location
- ability to request the assistance of the real estate professionals
- ability for realtors to join the partnership

- built-in google gadgets- Google Base API (the created application can upload new data, update or delete existing items, and execute specialized queries to find matches for complex attribute criteria), Google Search API (let us use JavaScript to embed a simple, dynamic Google search box and display search results in site’s own web pages), Google Map API (helped integrating maps and geo-coding into the website. With it, the geo-referenced content is easily presented in any web browser).
So that our skills combined with enriched experience resulted in organizing and constructing a perfectly usable Joomla-site for our client thus promoting his services and rendering handy information to a mass reader.
