We are looking for a Operations Analyst: proactive, attentive and analytically minded.
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle analytics of e-commerce business with inclusion of the following sections:
- Comparison of c/s in transactions with invoices to authors
- Analyzing c/c per transaction and sales margins
- Analyzing incremental costs of sales in e-commerce business
- Providing registers for chargebacks with further verification of fulfillment
- Sending emails to the robot for chargebacks fulfillment
- Processing in 1C of the list with refunds and chargebacks from PS, checking of automatic refunds realization
- Checking for duplicate PayPro payments after receiving the register
- Report on installments Czech Republic, Poland
- Analysis of BBB for hanging balances
- Register for financial sales manager in Poland
- Checking Incognito and closing with real customers
- Checking orders in the status Shipped - without payment and vice versa
- Reconciliation with the order admin
- Processing of requests from managers (search for orders with unidentified payments, change of invoices for Poland, transfer of payments)
- Creation of orders-doubles for payment binding
- Creation of orders-doubles (logistics requests)
- Participate in audits to prepare samples on requests
- Tasks requested by the manager within the area.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent Excel skills (complex formulas, working with data sets, summary tables)
- Experience in data analysis
- Attentiveness and accuracy, good analytical and multi-tasking skills
- Willingness to develop and learn new things
- English A1-A2 (for correspondence).
