The core product of our Client is a consolidated data management platform with web access. To implement it, the IT team of a business end user should integrate with the platform all their existing applications which contain Personally Identifiable Information about customers or employees. There may be different mixes of 100+ such applications or data sources like Salesforce, Google Sheets, Jira, etc. Once the data is gathered, the platform monitors how well these data are protected and offers appropriate management tools.

The challenge is that every business uses a unique set of data sources. And if they want to use the platform, they request the integration of the necessary data sources. That’s why, in order to sell its data management software, our Client needs to create a unique integration solution for every new business.

To work on such a constant customization flow, the Client has an in-house team of skilled software developers.

The Belitsoft's team joined the customization project with 2 dedicated developers on board. They quickly stepped up to the plate and started performing client's tasks right away.

The developers would receive tasks regularly and deliver the result in the agreed term – usually in 2 weeks or 1 month.

The Scrum method was chosen for the development process. However, when urgent changes were necessary, our team quickly gripped the requests and delivered the expected results on time.

Along with adding new integrations, Belitsoft's developers ran automated software testing.

The QA engineers applied test automation, including smoke testing, regression testing, and other types of software testing and Quality Assurance.

After cooperating for some time, our development team arranged a visit to the Client's headquarters to meet the in-house team and business stakeholders in person. The meeting favored even deeper integration of both teams and higher level of trust from the Client's side.
