Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

We are looking for Business Development and Sales/Account management specialist to join our team and help us in developing business with current clients, acquire new customers and deliver services to them! Our business is developing custom software for our clients in US, Israel, UK, Europe.


Responsibilities:

  • Process warm leads and turn them into company clients by pitching services, making presentations
  • Possible search and process RFPs
  • Work together with Top management of the Company (Head of Sales, CTO, CEO) to close deals
  • Account management with acquired clients
  • Work with projects in eLearning, BI and other software development fields
  • Developing ideas and suggestions to make company, team members and its clients satisfied

Must have skills:

  • At least 1 year of similar duties (Sales/Service Delivery/Account Management) in Outsourcing Software Development
  • Analytical skills, attention to details
  • Team player
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Good organizing skills
  • Advanced level of English

Desired skills:

  • 3+ years of similar duties (Sales/Service Delivery/Account Management) – not necessary in Software development sphere
  • Practice to work in CRM
  • Leading people or projects
