We are looking for a Team Lead Developer for the project is transforming the healthcare industry with cutting-edge, AI-driven solutions.
The project has mobile app which scans and analyzes 30+ vitals in just 60 seconds. The app is designed to provide real-time insights, supporting better health outcomes across multiple countries. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards in performance, security, and data privacy for our enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Development & Leadership: Architect, design, develop, and maintain high-performance Flutter mobile applications for iOS and Android. Implement and optimize backend solutions using SQL Server, Firebase, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Delivery & User Experience: Ensure scalability, performance, and security across the application stack. Focus on overall quality and user experience to ensure seamless delivery and a smooth and secure user rollout.
- Healthcare Expertise: Leverage your background in healthcare software development to design solutions that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Scalability and Performance: Build a platform capable of scaling across multiple countries, managing large volumes of real-time data efficiently.
- Data Security: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive user data, adhering to HIPAA, GDPR, or other relevant compliance standards.
- Team Expansion: Lay the groundwork for team growth by writing maintainable code, updating current code to be more modular, creating documentation, and establishing coding standards. Mentor and onboard new developers as the team expands.
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Python and Data Science: Utilize Python for backend solutions for various algorithms that we have in our python processor. This is more API based work from Flutter to the python processor and then send the results back to the flutter frontend. Algorithms include but not limited to surveys, gait analysis, upper and lower extremity algorithms, etc.
- Low Code Experience: A plus if you have worked with low-code platforms to accelerate development where applicable to build administration interfaces, including dashboarding and managing external customer portals.
- Backend & Cloud Integration: Develop and maintain backend solutions using SQL Server, Firebase, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- API Development & Management: Create and consume APIs effectively (RESTful, GraphQL). Implement secure authentication and authorization solutions using Firebase Authentication and other cloud-based security tools.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on mobile and full-stack development.
- Flutter Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
- Mobile Application Development: 8+ years of experience in mobile app development and cloud-based. Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, including patterns like MVVM and Clean Architecture. Experience with state management frameworks such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
- Application Design: 3+ years experience with Figma, Adobe XD and other relevant platforms or experience. Expertise in building/implementing UI/UX that is both performant and visually appealing.
- Backend & Cloud: Proficiency in backend technologies such as SQL Server, Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Functions) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). Proficient in Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, etc.) with experience in real-time data handling.
- Enterprise Development: Proven experience in scaling large applications across multiple regions, handling high traffic, and implementing enterprise-grade security.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Knowledge of deployment automation tools such as Fastlane, Bitrise, or Codemagic. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
- Healthcare Background: Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, or FHIR.
- Agile & Project Management: Experience working in Agile environments using tools like ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or Asana. Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Python Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Python for algorithms and data processing.
- Low-Code Platforms: Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and managing project lifecycles.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to stakeholders and team members.
Good to know:
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of data visualization libraries and tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
