We are looking for a motivated and creative problem solver, self-learning & results-oriented Middle QA Automation Engineer (JS/TS).
Responsibilities:
- Create, Enhance and maintain JavaScript automation tests;
- Test integration of APIs with other applications;
- Work with Agile / scrum team methodology;
- You will be part of scrum test automation team;
- Automate test cases from the requirements;
- Estimate testing scope, plan & monitor testing for project;
- Work with bugs throughout their lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Commercial experience in QA Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with web automation.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for writing and maintaining test automation.
- Solid experience with npm/npx and project dependency management.
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS and web application structure.
- Strong knowledge of HTTP fundamentals: requests, responses, status codes, headers, cookies, sessions.
- Good experience with Git: branching, rebasing, resolving conflicts, pull requests, code review workflow.
- Good practical experience with Docker for running and supporting test environments.
- Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation: test cases, checklists, bug reports, test run reports.
- Understanding of test design, debugging, root cause analysis, and test stability improvement.
- Experience with API testing will be a plus.
- Experience with mobile automation will be a plus.
- Good spoken and written English for daily communication, discussions, and documentation.
