We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be at the forefront of our development efforts, working with cutting-edge technologies to build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions using .NET 8 and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Architect scalable and maintainable systems, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
- Manage multiple development projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, present technical solutions, and gather feedback.
- Set up, configure, and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure, including AKS, CosmosDB, Event Hubs, and Redis.
- Implement and improve DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
- Ensure application security, performance, and reliability standards are met.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex ideas into understandable concepts.
- Stay updated on latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain system stability.
- Document architecture, processes, and code to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies
- Deep understanding of .NET 8 and related frameworks
- Proven hands-on experience in leading and managing a multinational team
- Experience with Blazor, HTML, JavaScript
- Familiarity with Orleans, Kafka, and NoSQL databases like Redis, Cassandra
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Azure cloud services (AKS, CosmosDB, Event Hubs)
- Basic understanding of DevOps practices, including infrastructure setup and configuration
- Proactivity
- Ability to manage multiple projects and contexts simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, understanding business requirements, and coordinating technical tasks
