Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong backend orientation using technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar backend stacks.
- 3+ years of experience building modern frontend applications with React and SPA architectures.
- Strong experience designing and building scalable APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architectures.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as Redis, Elasticsearch, and ClickHouse, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience building and maintaining shared libraries, reusable components, and common infrastructure packages.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience leveraging AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or engineering agents to accelerate software delivery while maintaining a verification-first mindset focused on code quality, security, and architectural integrity.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (e.g. GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models) into applications through APIs or SDKs.
- Familiarity with modern AI application patterns such as agentic workflows, MCP (Model Context Protocol), structured outputs, function/tool calling, or semantic search.
Good to know:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Hands-on experience with performance optimization and profiling tools.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and backend security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).
