We are building a new team for a long-term project which is connected with monitoring, troubleshooting, and analytics of virtual environments, on-premise, and cloud.
We are seeking a Full Stack Team Leader who will create and manage a scrum team consisting of developers and QAs and also will take part in developing a new version of the product on network security (Monitoring tool).
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the team’s workload on a daily basis;
- Manage and mentor developers in your team, to grow their skills and prepare them for increased responsibility;
- Lead discussions about project architecture and technical feasibility, make decisions, and justify your development approach;
- Work closely with the product owner to help address business needs while maintaining engineering standards and paying down technical debt.
Required Skills:
- B.S. Computer Science or equivalent experience;
- At least 5 years experience of actual employment in development roles;
- At least 2 years experience in React;
- Experience with SaaS solutions;
- Experience with server-side languages like Java or Node.js or Python, or Typescript, .Net (optional);
- Experience with database technologies like SQL SERVER, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
